Zuellig Password Management Tool

This is a web-based AD self-service password solution portal that will enable you to manage your password remotely from a web-browser without calling the Service Desk.

Reminders when using the tool

  1. User needs to REGISTER first before they can use the tool.

  2. During registration, a user’s account must not be locked out. Otherwise, user will not be able to register.

    In this scenario, contact, local IT support to unlock the account first before registering in ZPMT.


  3. If a user fails to login to the ZPMT or fails to answer his/her security questions for a total of 5 attempts, the tool will flag the activity as an INTRUDER ATTEMPT and the device used will be blocked from accessing the tool for one day.

    In this scenario a user can contact ZP IT support for assistance.


  4. Minimum password age is 24 hours which means a user cannot change his newly set password in the next 24 hours.

  5. Once password is changed, user should update their AD password to all their mobile devices (if there are any) especially Android or iOS devices to align the their passwords and prevent locking issues due to the old password set in these devices.

  6. If a user‘s company computer is not connected to the ZP private network (VPN or LAN) and the user updates his account password using the tool, the new password will not sync to his/her company computer.

    In this scenario, user should still use his/her old password when logging in to the company computer until this connects to the company network,else need to call the service desk for assistance if the old password is forgotten or compromised and the need to login is immediate.


  7. The tool automatically “times out“ or logs out a user from its page if detected idle for 5 minutes.

Registering to ZPMT website

Users have to register first to the tool before they can use it, best to use the company laptop/PC connected to the company VPN for added security.

 
  • Go to https://zpmt.zuelligpharma.com
  • In the dropdown box select:
  • a. ZP-Users – if internal ZP user

    b. External-Users – if non-ZP user

     
  • Login using your assigned AD account username.
  •   Login

    Note: Key in your username only. Do not key in with @DomainName or DomainName\

     
  • Once logged in, the website will ask you to setup your Personal Security Questions. Supply your security answers then click Save Answers button.
  •   SecQues
  • select Continue, to proceed, you are now registered in ZPMT.
  •  

    You will now be able use the features fo ZPMT resetting password, resetting forgotten password and unlocking your account

       

    Changing Password via ZPMT website

    1. Using your laptop or mobile phone, go to https://zpmt.zuelligpharma.com
    2. In the dropdown box select:
    3. a. ZP-Users – if internal ZP user

      b. External-Users – if non-ZP user

    4. Login using your assigned AD account username.
    5.   Login
    6. In the Main Menu, click Change Password.
    7.   MainMenu
    8. Type in your current password and select Continue.
    9.   ChangePassword
    10. Type and Confirm your new password
    11.   inputnewpassword
    12. select Change Password button.
    13.   confirmnewpassword
    14. Click on Continue, this will redirect you to the home page
       

    Unlocking Account via ZPMT website

    Your account is locked out when you try to log in to ZPMT and got an error message saying "Maximum login attempts for your userID have been exceeded. Try again later."

     
    1. Using your laptop or mobile phone, go to https://zpmt.zuelligpharma.com
    2. Click unlock account reset password link

    4. In the dropdown box select:
    5. a. ZP-Users – if internal ZP user

      b. External-Users – if non-ZP user

    6. Type in your AD username, then click Search button.

    8. Answer the security question and select Check Answers button.

    10. If you answered your security questions correctly, you will proceed to the Unlock Account Reset Password option window. Select Unlock Password.

    12. Click on Continue, after successful unlocking of your account
       

    Updating Expired Password via ZPMT website

    1. Using your laptop or mobile phone, go to https://zpmt.zuelligpharma.com
    2. In the dropdown box select:
    3. a. ZP-Users – if internal ZP user

      b. External-Users – if non-ZP user

    4. Login using your assigned AD account username.
    5. The website will tell you that your password is already expired and must set a new password.."

    6. Type in and confirm your new password in the next window.

    Reset Forgotten Password via ZPMT website

    1. Using your laptop or mobile phone, go to https://zpmt.zuelligpharma.com
    2. Click unlock account reset password link

    5. a. ZP-Users – if internal ZP user

      b. External-Users – if non-ZP user

    6. Type in your AD username, then click Search button.

    10. If you answered your security questions correctly, you will proceed to the Unlock Account Reset Password option window. Select Change Password.

    Expired|Invalid browser session in ZPMT website

    When you encountered an Expired|Invalid browser session in ZPMT website

    1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner)and select History

    3. Select Clear Browsing Data from the left-hand side. Set the Time Range set to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files and select Clear Data.
